Where do you deliver?+
Pretty Perfect Pastries is an online pâtisserie delivering across the United Kingdom, packed in our signature blush box with satin ribbon.
How are pastries delivered?+
By insulated courier — 1–2 working days within the UK. Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £100.
When are pastries baked?+
Every pastry is baked the morning of dispatch, in small batches from 4am.
How should I store my pastries?+
Best enjoyed the day of arrival. Cream-filled pieces should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
Do you cater for allergies?+
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. Ingredient and allergen details are listed on each product page.
Can I order a bespoke cake?+
Yes — please contact us at hello@prettyperfectpastries.co with your occasion and preferences, at least seven days in advance.
Will you sell at markets or pop-ups?+
Yes — in the coming seasons we will appear at selected market stalls, artisan fairs and pop-up events throughout the UK and Spain. Follow @prettyperfectpastries on Instagram and TikTok for dates.
Do you offer gift cards?+
Digital gift cards are available in denominations from £25 upwards. Redeemable at checkout.
What is your returns policy?+
Owing to the perishable nature of our pastries, we cannot accept returns. If anything is amiss, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
